雖然之前說要完全杜絕，但，不太可能……

憂鬱已經成了家常便飯的事，每天都是一樣。逃不開……

近來，嚴密的監控網站動態，看來……是沒有他人會專心看其他文章的，所以也不必太在乎別人來，因為根本沒有人想看這種文。

之所以如此，也不是完全沒有原因，就算到了段考，我還是沒有心情讀書，我沒有心情讀書了，調適心情的方法只會讓成績繼續往下掉。

我不能讓別人知道我再煩惱什麼，以免別人對我引起反感。我也不可以告訴別人我的心情……又有多少人和我一樣？被課業壓著，被未來的茫然而感到憂鬱。

	其實想做什麼就做什麼憂鬱並沒有什麼大不了的危害最大的是別人像是見鬼一樣.... 說到見鬼這社會太多見鬼的事了我一直認為憂鬱和其他還能控制的病症只是一種身體機制只是比較會鑽牛角尖而已但是事實上幾乎所有人都會鑽牛角尖只是看起來分散而已而你們比較會集中罷了這大概也是為什麼有成者很多都是一些症狀者然後課業不會壓著你是你認為課業是為了某人？你作這些網路技術為了誰？為你自己不是嗎？你喜歡？你會覺得是壓力嗎？讀書不喜歡想自己鑽研技術就及格就可以了或一些基礎的把他學好就可以了不要看的太重要現在的學習資源比大學都還要豐富有許別人跟你煩惱是一樣的只是他們有太多事情分心而已所以看起來不奇怪也許看起來一樣茫然你沒有固定的興趣嗎？
